Return To The Desert is part of an ongoing project examining abandoned structures dotting the isolated desert landscape throughout Southern California. Structures and locations full of energy are archeological artifacts, left behind by their previous inhabitants. Juliet has been traveling these interstate highways to her childhood home from Los Angeles for more than twenty years and has been witness to the steady decline and neglect that a deteriorating economy has left scarred on many of these villages.
